"It’s the best I’ve felt in my life."
Just thought I should to call this out. I’ve been very active all my life so the 2-3 years I fell out of it, I knew I had to get back. I tried everything possible but I couldn’t make the cut in terms of wellness or health. I’m still 4 kgs away from my goal weight this year but I have immense control over my mind, body and life. A large part of which I attribute to Liftr :) I was 92 at one point (in the picture) , I pushed through and got myself to 86 and then I found you guys. In probably the darkest time of my life, I wasn’t doing well professionally, I hadn’t touched a sport in 2 years, and personal turmoil, of course. You guys gave me Anmol back in the best way possible. Jeet, specially was very polite and patient when I initially joined. He deconstructed simple concepts to explain things to me like a 5 year old and obviously, the people I’ve worked with over the past year - Hashim, Rishi, Raslam and now Vijay and Arjun. Also they are a group of coaches who are ready to listen, not outright say what you have to do.
I am thankful to my coach Vijay Patil, who was with me for the 6 weeks journey and I could really see the changes. He put in the effort to keep track of my diet and training. We established a commitment to each other. His was to make sure i see a change, mine was to make sure I stay consistent.
I can go on talking about this community but I would say you have to hit the gym to experience the transformation both mentally and physically. Fitness has truly become an addiction.

To join, you’ll put down a fully refundable AED 299 accountability deposit. To earn it back, here’s what you need to do: ✅ Show up at least 3x per week for your workouts. We have sessions on all 7 days.
✅ Respond to your coach’s check-in call every Thursday
✅ Attend your midway nutrition consult in Week 2
✅ Attend your graduation meeting after Week 3
Absolutely. We tailor the program, the nutrition and the accountability to whichever stage of fitness you're at.
Yes. Sessions are just 60 minutes, and we have morning and evening slots to suit your schedule. Most of our members are working professionals and busy moms. In fact, thrice a week of training is more than enough to see amazing strength and aesthetic gains. You have 168 hours a week, don't tell us that you can't spare 3 hours for your own health.
ALL our sessions are supervised. We have 1:1, 1:4 and Large Group formats and in all of them you get - expert-led strength & conditioning sessions with personal attention, goal-setting with customized nutrition plans and daily accountability check-ins.
You’ll have a full progress review and then you can continue in whichever format you like with us. Most members choose to stay with us and continue training in the large group sessions as they saw great results which was way better than what they saw with their personal trainers.
